Public Interpretation
Human Heritage
At Timeline Heritage we research into cultural heritage, advocate for heritage, and advise on heritage interpretation.

In-depth Research
Research underpins in-depth understandings about places or events. Tangible and intangible aspects combine in heritage's rich mix. Deep understanding is the essential first step when considering the future of cultural heritage assets, their conservation and management. Research and documentation leads to organised planning. Excellent research guides us as each project progresses and provides authentic content.
Cultural Visioning
Every place is special. Once we understand what is special about somewhere, we develop a bespoke interpretation plan, to sustainably maximise its cultural value whilst also opening up accessibility in the most appropriate way. Heritage is a project with/in which we choose to become involved. Heritage is performed by the living; heritage is a social activity. The past, in the present, for the future. Community and stakeholders in cultural heritage are key partners in the delivery of any sustainable vision.
Bespoke Creativity
We represent a pair of steady hands, with demonstrated experience in environmental and graphic design, audio and video commissioning. We don't rest on our laurels as we keep up with new technologies and the best ways of employing them in various cultural heritage settings. Perhaps you have a listed or protected site or building, maybe you have a collection of things, or your primary value lies in documentary resources like photographs. Each place or asset deserves its own careful consideration, so one-size-fits-all doesn't work for us.
The past is not a foreign country; rather, it is the very ground on which we stand.
